Follow the instructions and you will be asked to Authorize the use of your Video and Audio. " Click ok" or your audio won’t work. Don’t worry about the Video as it is "turned off" on the inside by default. The Video & Audio can then be controlled (on & off) from inside the Conference Room.
When the Login Window appears, just type in your First name, select your internet speed, and click OK - You don’t need a password most of the time! If a "Room Password" is required, it’s because there is a private meeting going on.
